Payment Terms
Participating exhibitors will be confirmed upon receipt of payment, guaranting your place among a distinguished network of global business leaders and innovators.
To secure your booth, we kindly request a 50% deposit at the time of confirmation.
The remaining balance is to be settled no later than 30 days prior to the event, allowing for a seamless preparation and allocation process.
Payments may be made via bank transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal or Instapay (Indonesian digital payment platform) for international exhibitors.
