The organizing committee offers two exhibition options, namely the Tabletop Display Package and the Partitioned Booth Package, to accommodate different levels of participation and branding requirements.

Tabletop Display Package

The Tabletop Display Package is designed to create an open, interactive, and collaborative exhibition environment that encourages networking and engagement among participants.

Each exhibitor will be provided with:

  • 1 table (180 cm x 90 cm)
  • 4 chairs
  • Access to electrical power supply


The exhibition area will be arranged in a uniform and professional layout to ensure a cohesive presentation. Exhibitors may enhance their setup with portable branding materials such as roll-up banners or tabletop displays, in accordance with event guidelines.

Participation Fees:

  • International Exhibitor: IDR 3,500,000 (approx. USD 220)
  • Local Exhibitor: IDR 2,500,000 (approx. USD 160)

Partitioned Booth Package

The Partitioned Booth Package is intended for exhibitors seeking greater visibility and a more exclusive presentation space, particularly suitable for international brands and larger organizations.

Each booth includes:

  • Shell scheme booth (3m x 3m x 2.5m)
  • Fascia board with company name signage
  • 1 table and 4 chairs
  • 3 spotlights
  • 1 electrical socket (220V)
  • Standard carpet flooring
  • Storage space / cupboard
  • Installation and dismantling


Optional (Additional Cost):

  • TV / LED screen
  • Printed branding (graphics, wall panels)
  • Additional power supply


This option allows for a stronger branding presence and a more structured display environment.

Participation Fees:

  • International Exhibitor: IDR 20,000,000 (approx. USD 1,250)
  • Local Exhibitor: IDR 15,000,000
