The conference features a dedicated Business Exhibition Space designed to showcase innovative products, services, and investment opportunities from participating organizations. This exhibition space serves as a strategic platform for sponsors and exhibitors to present their offerings while enhancing brand visibility among conference participants. 

The exhibition area also provides valuable opportunities for sponsors to engage directly with delegates, business leaders, and potential partners. Through face-to-face interaction, exhibitors will be able to introduce their products, explore collaboration opportunities, and build meaningful professional connections within the global Hindu business community.

In line with the event’s open and collaborative concept, the exhibition will adopt a tabletop display format, where each exhibitor is provided with a designated setup consisting of a table and chairs, without the use of partitioned booths. This approach encourages a more approachable, interactive, and fluid environment, allowing for greater engagement and networking among participants. 

Each exhibitor space will include a table (180 cm x 90 cm) and 4 chairs, along with access to electrical power supply. The overall exhibition area will be uniformly arranged to ensure a neat, professional, and cohesive presentation. Exhibitors may enhance their presence through portable branding materials such as roll banners or tabletop displays, subject to event guidelines.   • International Exhibitor: IDR 3,500,000/- (Three million five hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah) 
  • Local Exhibitor: IDR 2,500,000/- (Two million five hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah)
