The Central Executive Board of Prajaniti Hindu Indonesia officially invited the Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia, Gibran Rakabuming Raka, to attend and officially open the Global Hindu Business Conference (GHBC) 2026, which will be held on 10–12 July 2026 at Universitas Hindu Indonesia (UNHI), Denpasar, Bali.

“We sincerely hope that the Vice President will honour us with his presence, officially open the conference, and serve as the Honourable Keynote Speaker at GHBC 2026,” said KS Arsana. In response, Vice President Gibran stated that he would make every effort to attend, subject to his official state schedule.

GHBC 2026 is designed as a strategic international forum aimed at strengthening economic networks, investment opportunities, entrepreneurship, and business collaboration grounded in Dharma values. The conference is expected to welcome approximately 400 participants from across the globe, including entrepreneurs, investors, professionals, academics, and members of the global Hindu community. The event will also feature the launch of the book Dharmanomics: Building Shared Prosperity Based on Dharma.

During the audience, I Nyoman Gde Agus Asrama, a member of the GHBC Steering Committee, explained that one of the conference’s principal objectives is to encourage international investment into Indonesia, particularly Bali, through the global network of Hindu entrepreneurs.

Responding positively to the initiative, Vice President Gibran expressed his appreciation and support for GHBC. He further remarked that the Indonesian Government is currently discussing plans to position Bali as a new international financial centre in Asia.

“The concept is similar to Dubai. Bali has been chosen because the necessary facilities and infrastructure are already in place,” said Vice President Gibran.

The audience was also attended by Ketut Budiasa (Secretary General of PHDI Central Board and Adviser to GHBC), Gede Narayana (Chairman of DPP Prajaniti), I Nyoman Sarya (Vice Treasurer), I Gede Merta Nadi (Vice Secretary General), and Made Widhi Adnyana Surya Pratita (Chairman of Prajaniti Jakarta Regional Board).

In addition to discussing GHBC 2026, Prajaniti also presented several strategic organisational programmes, including support for the construction of a Hindu temple in the Nusantara Capital City (IKN) and plans to establish an Inclusive School based on nature, nationalism, and Dharma spirituality within the IKN area.

The audience concluded with a joint prayer led by Made Widhi Adnyana Surya Pratita, offering prayers for the continued health, wisdom, and protection of the President and Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia in leading and advancing the nation.
